At Arizona Fight Club you do not have to be a competitive boxer to train like one!
Arizona Fight Club caters to the individual and their specific training and athletic needs in a safe, friendly and non-threatening environment. We offer one on one or group training for up to four people. Sessions last 30 minutes and your workouts are catered to your fitness level. Whether you chose to establish yourself as a fighter or just drop a few pounds, you will receive traditional boxing instruction.
Women's Fitness
We provide a superior alternative to the traditional gym. We work with you to achieve your personal fitness needs and goals with personalized, professional, one-on-one fitness training sessions.
Youth Boxing Program (8-15 years)
The training is geared toward youth, ages 8-15, who want a new and exciting workout. We provide a positive, professional and safe atmosphere for youth wanting to get in shape, build self-confidence, or even compete on our club team. Youth learn basic skills such as punching, footwork and bagwork, while benefiting from cardio and core strength exercises. This fun program includes partner drills, sparring in a safe and controlled environment, and is a great cross training opportunity for other sports children may participate in. Youth in this program are not required to spar, but the option is always there.
